Basilico is proud to offer a To-Go Menu to all our guests during the COVID-19 restaurant closures.  Enjoy our expertly prepared, traditional Italian menu, served piping hot, for you to take home.

We will be open to receive orders from 4pm-7:00pm Tuesday through Saturday.  Give us a call at 360-570-8777 to place your order.

Doors will be open for Pick Up from 4:30pm-7:30pm.

Let us give you all the elements you need to make your own dinner at home.  Purchase our fresh handmade pastas, sauces simmered for 4-6 hours, or our traditional biscotti, along with a bottle of wine.

Pasta cooks  for about 3 minutes for linguine and Tagliolini, 4/5 minutes for fettuccine and pappardelle. 5 Minutes for Strozzapreti, 7 minutes for strengozzi.

RAVIOLI

Ravioli cook for 5/7 min depending if you prefere them more or less "al dente". Boil them 4/5 min if you are gonna finish them in a thinner sauce adding pasta water(3/4 more minutes)

Ready for oven baking: 350°F for 15/20 min                      Ready for Microwave Oven: 6-10 min depending on oven strenght.
