Our cuisine features a large selection of fresh hand made and hand cut pastas, all produced according to the old Italian tradition and with the use of specially-milled flour imported from Italy and organic local ones.. You will be able to actually watch at our “Pasta Station” hand made pasta being made right before your eyes, and then taste the exquisite texture that fresh pasta provides.
Amongst all the several Pasta dishes we have proposed since our opening on December 2005 our Pappardelle al Cinghiale has won most popularity.
A fresh wide cut egg pasta is served tossed with wild boar long soaked in red wine and spices and then infused with a fresh mix of herbs in a delicate tomato sauce in winter (picture to the right), and with olives and braised red wine sauce in summer. The result is hard to describe with words, but a unique experience for any pasta lover. Not to be missed, but don’t hesitate to chose from any of the other pastas, appetizers or entrees.
