Wine Dinners
About once a quarter, Basilico hosts Wine Dinners: special opportunities to taste some of Giampaolo’s favorite wines, explore regions of Italy, or expressions of a certain grape, and on occasion, he’ll bring out some wine from Washington, Oregon, or other parts of the world. Each course will bring a dish from the region that pairs with the wine, and you’ll have the opportunity to bring some of these wines home with you at the end!

$75/person (not including tax or gratuity)
Basilico is open for certain Holidays with a special multi-course menu designed for that event. We are usually open for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and Valentine’s Day. Check back here for more information about upcoming Holidays!
Nobody loves their Mamma’s like Italians! For this Mother’s Day, we’ve put together some delightful spring-inspired dishes in a four-course dinner to celebrate all those wonderful women who have helped raise us, comfort us, help us through difficult situations, fed us, admonished us, and loved us. You can choose from delicious options like asparagus ravioli tossed in cherry tomatoes and butter, or braised game hen with lemon and black truffles, or a salad topped with tagliata (sliced grilled steak).
We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions, provided you inform us at the time of booking.
This event is not prepaid, but we do ask a for a credit card number to hold your booking. You may cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before your reservation.

Carpaccio di Salmone alle Bietole
Thinly sliced salmon, cured in-house with dill and beets, served with sliced fennel, and arugula dressed in lemon and olive oil.

Organic greens, apples, aged pecorino cheese, roasted walnuts, pecans, evoo, lemon juice and honey
Your choice of Pasta
Tagliatelle con gamberi, zucchini e crema di astice
Fresh tagliatelle pasta sauteed with shrimp and zucchini in a lobster cream sauce

Agnolotti agli asparagi con pomodorini e burro
Agnolotti pasta stuffed with an asparagus filling, and lightly tossed in butter with asparagus and cherry tomatoes.

Gnocchi ai quattro formaggi e salsicce
Fresh gnocchi sauteed in a rich sauce of four cheeses (fontina, gorgonzola, parmigiano, and pecorino romano) and crumbled sausage (made in-house).

Merluzzo Nero al pesto con cappesanta
Oven-baked black cod, topped with fresh pesto and served with a sea diver scallop. Seasonal sides and vegetables.

Galletto al limone e tartufo
Braised Game Hen in a bright lemon sauce with black truffle paste. Seasonal sides and vegetables.

Insalata con Tagliata di bistecca
Prime Black Angus tri-tip steak, grilled and sliced and served on top of a salad of organic greens, arugula, fennel and tossed with EVOO, lemon juice and orange balsamic.

Cooking Classes
About once a year, Giampaolo hosts a cooking class for small group of about 10-12 people. He will teach a technique from Italian cuisine, such has making your own pasta by hand, stuffing ravioli, getting the perfect risotto, and each person gets to participate in preparing a full, delicious dish. Afterwards, sit down together, and enjoy the meal you’ve created, and take home a printed copy of your recipe.
Reserve Your Own Event
Do you have an important marker to celebrate in your life? Does your business want to treat your employees or your clients? We have several options for your special dinners or lunches, and can prepare a custom menu for you. We can accommodate mid to large sized groups of 8-20 during restaurant hours, or a group of up to 48 people can book the entire restaurant for a private party. Prices depend on the day, time of year, size of group, and style of meal you would like.
